I have been a real estate agent for six years. My main focus has been in the Dallas, and southern Dallas county area, as well as Ellis County. I have lived in Waxahachie for over thirty years, so I already have a knowledge of the area. My focus has been commercial real estate for most of my career, but I am finding the same satisfaction in helping my clients in the residential area as well. It is great to work with the many wonderful agents that we have in the Kim Jansonius Brokerage. There are seasoned veterans of the real estate game, and new agents who bring a fresh perspective. It helps to make us all better agents.
